• Login: OTP-based (phone number) — no password to remember.
• Dashboard: Account summary — total purchases, outstanding balance.
• Invoices: View all past invoices. Download PDF copies.
• Public Invoice Link: Share any invoice via a tokenised link — no login required for the recipient.

Supplier Portal

Give your suppliers self-service access.

• Enable per supplier from the supplier detail screen.
• Suppliers log in with their own credentials.
• They can view: Purchase Orders, PO items, and Payments received.

Online Catalog (QR Ordering)

A public product catalog that customers can browse and order from — no app or login needed.

1. Enable from Settings → Online Orders.
2. A unique QR code is generated for your business.
3. Print the QR code and place it at your counter, table, or storefront.
4. Customers scan with their phone → browse products → add to cart → place order.
5. Optionally enable Razorpay online payment — customers pay directly.
6. Apply coupon codes on online orders.
7. Customers can rate and review products after purchase.
8. Orders appear in your Online Orders screen for accept/reject/fulfil.

Manager Portal

A dedicated dashboard for managers to oversee business operations without full system access.

• Sales Overview: Today's sales, daily/weekly/monthly trends, top products, and top customers.
• Staff Activity: Who is logged in, active POS sessions, attendance status.
• Low Stock Alerts: Products running low that need reordering.
• Pending Approvals: Approve/reject returns, write-offs, purchase orders above thresholds.
• Cash Register: View shift-wise cash summaries and close-of-day reports.

CoreAccess (Owner Admin Portal)

CoreAccess is the owner-level administration portal — a bird's-eye view across all your tenants, subscriptions, and platform data.

• Access: Go to coreaxis.cloud/app/core-access or click "CoreAccess" in the website header. Available only to users with the Owner/Super Admin role.
• Owner Dashboard: Aggregated stats across all your businesses — total revenue, active users, subscription status.
• Tenant Management: View and manage all tenants (businesses) under your account. Switch between tenants.
• Subscription & Billing: View all subscription plans, payment history, and manage billing across tenants.
• GSP Integration: Configure GST Suvidha Provider (GSP) credentials for e-invoicing and GSTR filing across tenants.
• Sales Managers: Assign and manage sales managers for different regions/tenants.
• Platform Analytics: Usage analytics, API call volumes, storage usage, and active user metrics.
