Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings → Subscription in your CoreAxis ePOS account, or by emailing us at [email protected].
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You continue to have full access until that date.
• No partial-month or partial-year refunds are issued for time remaining in the current billing period, except as described below.
• Once cancelled, your data remains available for 90 days from the cancellation date. After that, it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Plans

• Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
• If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service for more than 7 consecutive days despite reporting it to us, we may, at our discretion, credit the unused portion to your account.

Annual Plans

• Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund if all of the following conditions are met:
  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the subscription start or renewal date.
  • The account has been actively used for fewer than 15 days during the 30-day period.
  • No data export request has been made during this period.
• The refund amount will be calculated as: (Remaining full months ÷ 12) × Annual fee paid.
• After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

Free Trial / Promotional Offers

• If a free trial was offered, refund eligibility begins only after the trial period ends and a paid subscription starts.
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions follow the same refund rules as the equivalent plan type (monthly or annual).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to cancel the subscription before automatic renewal.
• Dissatisfaction with features that were clearly described on the website and available during a free trial.
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Changes to business requirements that make the Service no longer needed.
• Issues caused by user hardware, local network, or third-party software incompatibility.

1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Business Name]".
2. Include your registered email address, subscription plan, and the reason for the refund.
3. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
